Overview
Galvans are the tiny intellectual powerhouses of the galaxy. Formerly a pet species, Galvans have become leaders in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Medical fields.
Character Creation
Species Name: Galvan (Plural: Galvans) Biodiversity: Two Biological Genders, No Biological Variations Size: Diminutive (-3), 4 to 6 inches tall. Speed: Land, Swim & Climb: 5ft/frame Base & HPLV: 3 + 2 Core Value Bonus: +1 Body, +5 Reflex, +5 Mind. Adjustments: MPLV increased by 2, and gain 1 free Meta-ability.
Traits
Superior Intelligence Galvan characters start with +2 Intellect Attribute, and are considered to be Tier 3 for determining difficulty of Intellect-based checks and Metaphors. Enhanced Reflexes Galvan characters start with +1 Agility and Perception Attributes and considered to be Tier 2 for determining difficulty of Agility and Perception checks and Metaphors. Frog-Like Qualities Galvan characters are Amphibious, they can swim and breathe in bodies of water. They can also stick to sheer surfaces that support their weight and gain a Climb speed equal to their speed. Diminutive Size Galvan characters are naturally Diminutive, they range from 4 to 6 inches tall. They have a natural reach and space of 1ft and must enter into a larger creature's space to land melee attacks upon them. Effects and Attacks that target Galvans suffer Disadvantage if the attack is targeted or an area of effect that does not cover the entire space. Attacks and affects that home in on targets or covers the entire area completely are unaffected.
